Tax Senior Manager - Alternative Investment Funds (Hybrid)

Overview

Senior Managers in Andersen's Alternative Investment Funds practice oversee and complete tax projects; provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance for a variety of clients, including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, fund of funds and venture capital.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development activities (e.g., preparing proposals, presenting at webinars, and collaborating with other service lines to market comprehensive tax strategies for prospective clients).
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, stay current on legislative changes, and lead change effectively.
• Conduct primary and secondary review of complex federal and state tax returns.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Seniors, Associates, and Interns.

Qualifications

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Andersen will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B).
