We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Landscape Designer / Project Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to design and manage residential projects, contributing to the creation of beautiful, functional, and sustainable outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, project management, and residential projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of passionate professionals, while also having the autonomy to lead projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities :

• Design and manage various residential landscape projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources needed, and oversee their successful execution.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure project success.
• Use your creativity and technical skills to create innovative and sustainable landscape designs.
• Conduct site analyses, including the assessment of soil, lighting, and water conditions, as well as overall environmental and cultural context.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Continually communicate project status to stakeholders, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
• Conduct quality control checks, ensuring the project's final outcome aligns with the design concept.
