We have a current opening for an Operations Manager for our Building Group in Dallas, TX.
Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities :
- Build the people within the project team to facilitate their growth and the capabilities of the overall team.
- Build relationships with the client.
- Build relationships with vendors & subcontractors.
- Build relationships with internal departments.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other closely related field or equivalent combination of education, technical training, and / or related experience with an electrical contractor or similar.10 years of electrical / construction estimating, project assistant / management, or construction management experience.Strong verbal and written communication.Strong attention to detail.Ability to read and understand construction documents.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.Ability to effectively lead, manage, and engage multi-member team.Required Skills & Abilities :
