We have a current opening for an Operations Manager for our Building Group in Dallas, TX.

Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities :

  • Build the people within the project team to facilitate their growth and the capabilities of the overall team.
  • Build relationships with the client.
  • Build relationships with vendors & subcontractors.
  • Build relationships with internal departments.

  • Requirements Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other closely related field or equivalent combination of education, technical training, and / or related experience with an electrical contractor or similar.
  • 10 years of electrical / construction estimating, project assistant / management, or construction management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Ability to effectively lead, manage, and engage multi-member team.
  • Required Skills & Abilities :

  • Demonstrate most or all the Royal leadership traits; promotes Royal culture, drives to be great, builds genuine relationships, outcome focused, people developer, and influencer.
  • Demonstrate most or all Safety Leadership traits, by leading by example, plan safety into the work, coach & hold others accountable, and utilize expertise.

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to identify and address complex challenges, develop innovative solutions, and make sound decisions.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Salary Range : $200,000 / year - $250,000 / year This is an exempt position.
