Senior Superintendent

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and assess the performance of subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain critical path method (CPM) schedules for project timelines.
• Manage overall construction budgets and safety initiatives, providing training and support to team members.
• Review and interpret design documents and shop drawings for compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the project team to facilitate the material procurement process, integrating it into the master schedule.
• Establish and oversee a quality control program to ensure project standards are met.
• Implement value-engineering practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize available resources to make informed decisions and devise creative solutions to challenges.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Travel to project sites as required.
