Laboratory Support Technical Lead

A company is looking for a Laboratory Support Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in directing daily operations and coordinating workflow assignments

Contribute to the development and review of departmental procedures

Provide technical and non-technical expertise to support team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences or related field

Two years of post-degree high complexity clinical diagnostic testing experience

MLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP), or MT(AAB) certification required

Experience as a Laboratory Support Technical Specialist II or equivalent is acceptable

Preferred : Master's or Doctoral degree in Biological Sciences or related field
