JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Perform measurements of stamping dies, identify gaps to target.
- Perform measurements of stamping g panels and sub-assemblies to determine statistical stamped panel quality for accuracy and formability.
- Perform measurements for PxP and nominal fit vehicle nalysis.
- Perform SQI, WQI, SLQI scanning
- Scan completed dies and mesh dat for utilization for NAMC die repair and copy die preparation
- ll activities are completed in a timely manner and always an understanding for sense of urgency
- Perform ARGUS process - Etch / Photogrammetry / report
- Travel to company plants supporting and performing scanning activity
