Position Overview

  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK and complete insurance licensing before start date. Agent will reimburse these costs.

    • Full time- Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5pm

    Responsibilities

  • Works a daily task list in our computer system
  • Outbound cold calls with some leads provided
  • Able to meet sales goals and motivated to market your skills
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
