Job descriptionTransport dry van freight on assigned OTR routes, adhering to schedules and delivery instructions. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs. Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation. Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customer sites. Benefits : Life, dental, vision, and health insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Minimum qualifications : 6 months of verifiable OTR / regional / local tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months; or 12 months of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years. A valid CDL-A license. Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening. Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication. 10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced CDL-A OTR truck drivers for long-haul assignments offering competitive pay, consistent home time, and modern equipment.
- Compensation : $0.50–$0.65 per mile based on experience and domicile, plus a performance bonus of $0.10 per mile paid weekly.
- Average weekly mileage : Approximately 2,500 miles.
- Home time / Schedule : Weekly or bi-weekly options with a 34–48 hour reset; typically drivers earn one day at home for every 5–6 days worked.
- Equipment and freight : Modern 2022–2025 Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors (automatic). Freight is primarily dry van, no-touch, with approximately 70% drop-and-hook operations.
- Primary responsibilities :
Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Meet one of the following experience criteria :
At least 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months; or
