How You Will Make an Impact
Drive new business development for managed transportation and 4PL solutions within the domestic road transportation sector.Partner with operations and solution design teams to shape customized logistics programs that align with customer needs and strategic goals.Identify client pain points, develop compelling solution narratives, and navigate complex procurement and contracting processes.Manage the full sales cycle — from initial prospecting and consultative selling through negotiation and post-sale partnership transition.Build long-term relationships through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling value-added logistics services.Maintain a robust understanding of transportation trends, technology platforms, and market dynamics to position solutions effectively.Are You a Proven Managed Transportation Sales Professional?

Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum of 5+ years in managed transportation sales, preferably within a 4PL or managed services environment.Proven track record selling multi-year managed transportation deals and renewals.Strong understanding of domestic road transportation and logistics network design.Ability to collaborate with operations and technology teams to shape tailored client solutions.Skilled in uncovering client pain points, solution crafting, and managing complex procurement or legal negotiations.Experience with value-added upselling and customer relationship growth post-sale.Preferred :
Exposure to port or ocean logistics environments (not required).Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
