Position : Structural Drafter / Designer (Contract-to-Hire)

Key Responsibilities :

Design Support : Create structural plans and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.

Project Assistance : Assist senior engineers in planning and designing building projects.

Coordination : Address redline comments and coordinate design elements.

Documentation : Prepare construction documents, including design and material specifications.

Calculations : Assist in structural computations and material quantity estimates.

Detailing : Prepare layouts, drawings, and diagrams with necessary dimensions.

Integration : Coordinate structural dimensions with architectural requirements.

Qualifications :

Education : Associate’s Degree in Drafting or Technical Degree preferred.

Experience : 3+ years in structural drafting for commercial and industrial buildings.

Skills : Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

Knowledge : Understanding of commercial construction practices.
