General Laborer ($17-20.05 / hr.)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Mold Operator. This role involves operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and maintain the quality of products.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment.
• Cut, sort, separate, stack, and inspect products.
• Make boxes, move boxes, and maintain accurate counts.
• Keep pace with machine production, adapting to varying speeds.
• Rotate between machines and manage tasks efficiently.
• Operate machines while sitting or standing for 12-hour shifts.

Work Environment

This position is based in a non-climate controlled environment where air freshening products, including urinal cakes, are manufactured. Shifts consist of three 12-hour periods, with the option to sit or stand during operations. The dress code requires closed-toed shoes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.40 / hr.
