Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity in Athens, Ohio

OVP Health is looking for a dedicated Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician or EM-experienced Family / Internal Medicine Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team in Athens, Ohio. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a family-owned physician group focused on delivering exceptional hospitalist and emergency department services within the Ohio Health O'Bleness program. The facility provides a supportive environment with on-site administrative assistance and modern medical technology.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in a Physician-led organization.
• Manage a 22-bed emergency department with an annual volume of about 28k visits.
• Work 12-hour shifts with continuous physician coverage and additional APP support.
• Document patient care using the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with a team of health professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• This full-time position may require relocation within the immediate local area.
