Where You'll Make a Difference

* Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs to ensure compliance with all training policies and requirements.
* Assign local, global, and business curriculums according to operational needs.
* Work with Course Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop local training content.
* Serve as the owner/administrator of the computer-based document control system.
* Develop and maintain employeespecific training schedules and plans in partnership with Leadership, Resource Leaders, and Learning Leaders.
* Ensure training materials for Production, Logistics, and Maintenance are reviewed, approved, updated, and accessible.
* Support onboarding for new employees across Production, Logistics, and Maintenance.
* Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS) and coach employees on accessing and using learning resources.
* Support local implementation of global InstructorLed courses and other local learning projects.

What Makes You the Right Fit

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 3-5 years of manufacturing or related experience.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Minimum 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and problemsolving skills.
* Ability to understand the big picture and articulate the value of training to plant performance.
* Demonstrated ownership mindset and strong collaboration skills.
* Ability to give and receive constructive and positive feedback.
* Adaptable, proactive, and quick to learn new skills.

How Would You Stand Out?

* Experience providing basic IT support or coordinating IT activities.
* SAP experience.
* Experience working on a production floor to assist in handson training.
