Job descriptionRespond to unemployment claims and process requests in a timely and accurate manner. Handle wage garnishment documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Complete employment verifications promptly and professionally. Assist with recruiting tasks such as job postings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews. Conduct and track exit surveys for departing staff. Support general HR projects and administrative functions as needed. Provide backup support to the HR Manager and Onboarding. Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources. Familiarity with HR processes and documentation (e.g., garnishments, unemployment, employment verifications). Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with HR software is a plus.

- Monday - Friday : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
