Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
  • Develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Implement effective treatment plans using various techniques to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.
  • Operate specialized physical therapy equipment safely and maintain its calibration.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all evaluations and outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
  • Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
  • Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
  • Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
  • Current BLS certification (AHA / ARC).

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
  • Experience in physical therapy (New Grads are welcome to apply).
  • Additional certifications or licenses may be required.

    • Essential Skills

  • Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Physical Abilities : Must be able to move about, lift equipment (50-100lbs), and perform various physical tasks.
  • Mental Requirements : Ability to cope with frequent public interaction and work under pressure.
  • Sensory : Must possess visual acuity and effective communication skills.
