Job descriptionPractice Details Permanent, Full-time Urgent Care / Workers Comp / OccMed setting Mainly see adult patients, but could see patients 16 years and up Clinic is open at the Salinas location from 8 : 00 -6 : 00 M-F and Sat. 9 : 00 3 : 00 the provider s work rotating weekends Seeing 25-40 Patients per day Work in a quick pace environment Other locations to choose from include Hollister or King City Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience ($235 - $250k) Bonuses : $5,000 at signing, $10,000 retention after year 1 Benefit options include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, HSA, FSA, Life Ins., Short Term Disability Ins. Accident Ins, Critical Illness Ins., and PTO Community Monterey County Home to Big Sur coastline, the charming city of Carmel-by-the-Sea, the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Play golf at Pebble Beach, visit local restaurants in the Salinas Valley, and wine tasting from the Santa Lucia Highlands. Salinas, California, promotes itself as the "Salad Bowl of the World" as a tribute to the area's colossal farming business that produces lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, broccoli, grapes for wine, and flowers. The author of The Grapes of Wrath , John Steinbeck was born and raised in Salinas. This truly is an urban area that agriculture built : Salinas has one of the largest collections of art deco and Depression Modern buildings in the state. In addition, there are many original Victorian homes and buildings that have survived since the late 19th century. As the metropolitan area spreads south, newer homes sit on large lots that accommodate horses and vineyards. The heart and soul of Salinas is Oldtown, or Main Street, by the National Steinbeck Center. Less than 15 miles from the coast Requirements BC / BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or OccMed Active CA license or the ability to obtain DOT certified Spanish speaking is helpful but not required
