Field Performance Specialist – Midwest Region

Symbiotic Services is currently seeking a Field Performance Specialist to support and drive operational excellence for field teams across the Midwest. This position plays a critical role in managing and motivating General Agents and their staff to achieve key performance targets and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage activities across assigned field agencies to support achievement of core business metrics : Production, Manpower, Applications, and IARs.
- Provide consistent guidance and motivation to General Agents, Assistant General Agents, Field Agents, and administrative staff.
- Regularly visit agencies in person to assess performance, offer support, and ensure operational alignment.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement field development strategies and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications :
Solid understanding of insurance operations and practices.Strong communication and customer service orientation.Proven leadership and management capabilities.High attention to detail with effective time management and prioritization skills.Experience in handling client or operational complaints and resolution.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in life insurance administration.Professional insurance certifications (e.g., FIC, FLMI, CLU) preferred.Additional Details :
