Now Hiring : Field Service Technician / Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for Field Service Technicians & Technical Support Engineers with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for clients in Mequon and Germantown, WI who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and travel.
- ???? Key Responsibilities :
- Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment
- Provide technical support by phone, email, or in person
- Conduct preventative maintenance and train customers on proper operation and care
- Diagnose and resolve technical or mechanical issues
- Coordinate travel arrangements for service visits
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
✅ Preferred Qualifications :
2–5 years of related experience or technical degree / certificate (mechanical, electrical, or electronic fields)PLC programming experience a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsHigh mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to use test equipmentValid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passportWillingness to travel (mostly domestic, occasional international; amount of travel depends on the client - anywhere from 20-75% travel)????
