We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated CNC and Manual Machinists to join our team in Westfield, MA. As a Machinist, you will play a key role in our production process, utilizing your expertise to fabricate precision parts using both manual and CNC machining techniques. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about precision machining.

Responsibilities :

• Setting Up and Operating Machines : Set up and operate both manual and CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, grinders, and Multi-Axis CNC lathe (DOOSAN), PROTO TRAK Lathes, Milling Machines (PROTO TRAK), and Bridgeport.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Tool Selection and Maintenance : Select the right cutting tools, fixtures, and materials. Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
• Quality Control : Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards and specified tolerances.
• Collaboration and Communication : Work effectively with team members, engineers, and supervisors to discuss project requirements and machining processes.
