Position Overview

A fast-growing ABA therapy organization serving hundreds of clients is seeking an experienced Director of Coordination to lead and oversee its Coordination department. This pivotal role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective scheduling, and strong communication between staff, families, and therapists. The Director will manage a team of supervisors and coordinators, driving efficiency, compliance, and high-quality client service in a high-volume environment.

Must-Haves

5+ years of leadership experience in Coordination within ABA or healthcare services

Proven ability to oversee supervisors and large staff teams (25+ employees)

Strong understanding of ABA service delivery and client-family dynamics

Skilled in workflow optimization, compliance, and accountability structures

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage the Coordination department, overseeing supervisors and 25+ coordinators

Ensure accurate scheduling and smooth communication between therapists, staff, and families

Implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and service excellence

Track and analyze departmental performance metrics, addressing gaps proactively

Mentor and support supervisors, building strong leadership within the team

Serve as the primary liaison between Coordination and executive leadership

Uphold high standards of client service, ensuring families receive timely and accurate support

Qualifications

5+ years of coordination leadership in ABA therapy, home care, or healthcare operations

Demonstrated success managing mid- to large-size teams

Strong process management and compliance oversight background

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
