Texas Licensed RN Nurse Case Manager

A company is looking for an RN Telephonic Nurse Case Manager - Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to assess members' current health status

Identify gaps or barriers in treatment plans and provide patient education

Coordinate care for members and document findings

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license in a compact state

3+ years of clinical experience within an Oncology setting

Computer proficiency utilizing MS Office applications

Ability to work from a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet
