Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death cases from discovery through trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
• Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases, providing expert legal advice to clients.
• Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and experts.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in personal injury cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members.
• Review and analyze medical records, depositions, and case-specific facts to determine case value.
• Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and translate complex legal jargon into understandable terms for clients.
