As we expand our Electronic Security division, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Executive to fuel new business growth in our Core Commercial division. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in lead generation, relationship building, and introducing our innovative security solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a designated territory efficiently using CRM tools, with strong abilities in cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Craft and implement effective service and account outsourcing strategies tailored to our clients.
  • Identify and pursue fresh business opportunities within the core commercial market.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals that align with client needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver specialized solutions for complex client requirements.
  • Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to elevate our brand presence and connect with potential clients.
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings each week to strengthen relationships and boost business engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling strategies to expand our existing accounts and acquire new clients.

Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in relevant markets.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM platforms for enhanced productivity and client interaction.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
  • Experience in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
