Job Requirements and Duties
Must be at minimum a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license in the state of Utah
Must pass background check
Competent with computer and software (software training done in house)
Administers medication to patients
Hand out takehome doses
Prepares specimens for UA lab
