Position Overview :

Brooksource Engineering Services is seeking Process Technicians to support manual palletization operations for our pharmaceutical manufacturing partner in the Durham, NC area. This is a 6-month contract opportunity focused on handling finished product and operating palletizing systems and material handling equipment in a GMP-regulated packaging environment.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform manual palletization of finished pharmaceutical products.
• Operate Guardian terminal systems for product tracking and documentation.
• Safely handle finished goods and prepare them for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks and fork trucks in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain qualification on specified equipment and systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Document process steps using electronic systems (e.g., SAP, Cleaning Logs).
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervision.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
