Job descriptionEngage customers with a warm, knowledgeable, and consultative sales approach. Drive sales of furniture, mattresses, and appliances while meeting / exceeding monthly goals. Maintain expert-level product knowledge across multiple categories. Provide accurate quotes, financing options, and follow-up to close sales. Ensure the showroom floor is inviting, well-merchandised, and customer-ready. Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business. 2+ years of experience in furniture, appliance, or big-ticket retail sales. Proven track record of consistently meeting / exceeding sales goals. Strong communication, listening, and closing skills. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and driven to succeed. Ability to work flexible retail hours (weekends required). Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor. Competitive hourly wage plus commission .
