• Call coverage only 1 : 6 ratio with 30-minute response time
• 8 - 12 patient encounters per shift
• Average of 3 admissions per shift
• Average of 8 phone consultations per shift
• Rounding required on assigned patients
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
