This role is for a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) fluent in Spanish and English , so you can make a meaningful impact with families in both languages. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Track and document client progress using simple digital systems
  • Partner with your team by contributing ideas and professional insight

  • What You’ll Need

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Experience in ABA or working with children (required)
