About the Role :

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final close-out. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Develop project plans, track progress, and adjust resources to meet milestones
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all project phases
• Maintain compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Manage contract documents, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project close-out documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability on all projects
