Ardent Insurance & Risk Management is growing and seeking an exceptional person with drive, discipline, and commitment to join our team as a Sales Executive for Commercial Insurance in our Naples office. This person will be responsible for commercial risk account sales, prospecting, and strategy with the client / prospect on the financial and contractual features of their risk plans.

No prior insurance experience required! There is a base salary plus commission, with unlimited residual income potential.

Qualifications :

Ability to learn appropriate insurance software systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
