The Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Plant Manager in the day-to-day operations. This role includes scheduling, hiring, terminating, and training new employees. Additionally, the Production Supervisor ensures safety protocols are adhered to and supervises a team of 30-35 employees.

Work Environment

The role is situated in a manufacturing and production environment, which includes exposure to high and precarious places, moving machinery, and notable changes in temperature and humidity, as well as dust, odors, and fumes. The environment can be loud. The shift hours are from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $86000.00 / yr.
