Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct detailed actuarial analysis and financial modeling to support informed decision-making.
Develop comprehensive Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) reports to aid client understanding.
Evaluate existing actuarial programs and proactively recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Analyze and interpret federal and state laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Provide technical assistance and advise clients on best practices in the field.
Manage small projects and teams, exhibiting leadership with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
Facilitate discussions with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Oversee daily project functions and client interactions to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with proposal writing teams to prepare compelling responses related to actuarial services.
Prepare reports and materials that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
Required Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; graduate degree preferred.
ASA or FSA credentials with expertise in OPEB and retiree benefits required.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in actuarial consulting.

Compensation:
At PCG, compensation is competitive and varies based on factors including location, role, qualifications, and experience. Our salary range for this position is $78,300-$121,800, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401k, paid time off (PTO), parental leave, and bereavement leave.
