Seeking an SLP or Speech Therapist to cover therapy services in Palm City, FL to provide treatment in an assisted living community and or home setting :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Able to treat Hospice patients.

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral / Masters / Bachelors degree in Speech Therapy ,

Education and / or Experience : New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists

Actively Licensed as a FL Speech Therapist.

Job Type :

PRN

Compensation : $90-$200 / range for evaluations and treatments
