We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect all financial transactions correctly.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of records.
• Handle bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Track and manage invoices related to specific projects, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Reconcile accounting records for substations and ensure alignment with project data.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and provide support.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all accounting activities.
