Workforce Consulting Team Opportunity

At PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. They analyze client needs, develop people and organization strategies, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. In change management and communications at PwC, you will help clients navigate organizational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will work closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your work will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organizational adoption and minimize resistance. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise, and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

The Opportunity

As part of the Workforce Consulting Team you will engage in organizational change management, communications, and training to drive client engagement and adoption. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, create core strategies, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. This role offers the chance to manage small to mid-size project teams, develop work plans, and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes work-life quality for team members.

  • What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management, Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Human Resources Management preferred
  • Possessing thorough knowledge of change management and client engagement
  • Understanding of talent management and organizational design
  • Demonstrating experience in workforce planning and analytics
  • Skills in leadership development and performance management
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships
  • Developing professional networks and writing proposals
  • Managing project teams
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
  • Work with the practice team to respond to proposals / business development needs

    The salary range for this position is : $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
