The Opportunity
As part of the Workforce Consulting Team you will engage in organizational change management, communications, and training to drive client engagement and adoption. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, create core strategies, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. This role offers the chance to manage small to mid-size project teams, develop work plans, and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes work-life quality for team members.

The salary range for this position is : $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
