• Evaluate test results meticulously, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in sample collection and prepare specimens for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory processes, mentor new employees or students, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Commit to maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment while adhering to stringent regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within your first year of employment.
• Ensure ongoing certification throughout your time with us.
