We are seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized individual for a dual role as a Full-Time Medical Administration Assistant and Part-Time Commercial Property Manager . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, thrives on multitasking, and is looking to gain or grow experience in both the healthcare and real estate sectors.
You will serve as Administrative Assistant of a busy medical office while also managing the day-to-day operations of a small portfolio of local commercial properties.
Primary Responsibilities
Medical Administration Assistant (Approximately 75% of the role) :
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional mannerAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendarsVerify insurance information and collect co-paysMaintain and update patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulationsProvide administrative support including data entry, filing, and patient intake coordinationCommunicate effectively with clinical staff to support patient careCommercial Property Manager (Approximately 25% of the role) :
Act as the primary contact for commercial tenantsCoordinate repairs, maintenance, and service calls with vendors and contractorsAssist with lease renewals, rent collection, and tracking of lease agreementsMaintain detailed records for each property including expenses, service calls, and tenant communicationCAM CalculationsIdeal Candidate Qualifications
Prior experience as a medical administrator in a healthcare settingExperience managing commercial property (or strong administrative / coordination skills in a similar role)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasksProficient with scheduling systems, Google Docs, and basic accounting / reporting toolsAble to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently for property-related duties1-2 years administrative experienceKnowledge of property management a plusSchedule
