Sentara Albemarle Medical Center is hiring a flexi / prn Registered Nurse for our Medical / Surgical Unit to work on an as needed basis.

Our 24-bed Medical-Surgical Unit serves patients from nine surrounding counties , with surgical specialties including general, orthopedic, plastics, ENT, wound, and post-op . Nurses here enjoy :
Patient-to-nurse ratios of 5-6 : 1
Shared decision-making through an active Unit-Based Council
Self-scheduling with established weekend and holiday rotations
A supportive, collaborative team environment where your voice matters
Education
Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required)
Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred)
Students in the process of completing an accredited nursing program.
Certification / Licensure
Registered nursing License (Required)
BLS required within 90 days of hire
