Director Of Philanthropic Advising
St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college, is seeking a Director of Philanthropic Advising. This position is responsible for major gift fundraising, with annual goals of 120 donor visits and at least $1,000,000 in secured gifts and pledges. The individual will lead, coach, and manage Advancement staff while cultivating relationships and generating philanthropic support from alumni, parents, and friends of St. Norbert College. This position is based on campus and requires regular in-person presence. The role also involves frequent travel (approximately 30%), often including overnight stays.
