Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Specialist / Manager to join our growing team. This role is a unique opportunity to shape and execute innovative beauty and personal care products in partnership with the CMO. As part of a lean and agile team, you will be hands-on across all stages of product creation—from concept and trend research, through design, formulation, and production with our factory partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CMO to identify market trends, consumer insights, and emerging concepts in the beauty and personal care space.
• Lead end-to-end product development cycles including ideation, formulation, packaging, testing, and launch execution.
• Manage day-to-day communication with design partners and factories to ensure products meet quality standards, timelines, and cost targets.
• Support innovation pipelines by researching competitive products, new technologies, raw materials, and packaging formats.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to bring products from concept to shelf.
• Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements in beauty and personal care categories.
• Contribute to packaging and creative development, ensuring alignment with brand identity and consumer appeal.
