ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Registered Nurse - MS / Tele - 3x12 Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift : 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00). Every other weekend coverage required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in MS / Tele to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic and trauma care, specializing in pre-op and post-op orthopedic patients. This role requires flexibility with scheduling and a commitment to high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for patients undergoing orthopedic procedures including total joint replacements and trauma management.
  • Administer medications, blood products, and manage IV therapy.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and interpret cardiac rhythms.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Utilize EMR systems effectively for patient documentation.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med / Surg or Telemetry setting.
  • Previous charge experience preferred.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required; ACLS preferred.
  • Experience with Epic charting system required.
  • Must possess skills in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and cardiac monitoring.
  • Trauma Level I or II experience preferred.
