Systems Engineer

American Cabinet Works in Gardena, CA seeks Lead Project Coordinator to coord all aspects of construction projs, incl pre-construction plan, budget, schedul, procuremnt, construction, & closeout. Dvlp / maintain proj schedules & budgets. coord w / clients to est proj reqmts, expectations, & deliverables. Collaborate w / architects, engineers, & subcont-ractors to dvlp & review construction plans, specifications, & drawings. Procure materials, equipmt, & services. doc & negotiate changes. Dvlp comprehensive cost estimates & draft props. Lead proj meetings, site visits, & inspections. Monitor & enforce compliance w / safety regs, quality standards, & proj specs. Mnge contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, etc. Annual salary is btwn $88K-$90K. REQ : Bachelor's (or frgn equiv) in Civil Engg or Construction Mngt. 2 yrs exp in same or similar occ overseeing construction projs for commercial & / or residential properties. Email resume . EOE
