We’re looking for an Account Services Manager in Hurricane, Utah, who can be the trusted bridge between our clients and internal teams. If you’re someone who loves problem-solving, clear communication, and driving client success, this position offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact every single day.
Key Responsibilities :
Contact clients upon close and start the onboarding process
Brief each client on expectations, communication channels, and processes
Provide all onboarding materials, forms, and contacts needed for smooth setups
Ensure the client has a full understanding of how to access systems and resolve issues
Track all onboarding tasks using checklists, CRM tools, or onboarding software
Communicate actively with Sales, Operations, and Billing to coordinate internal setup
Handle any points of confusion quickly and effectively
Train the client on how to interact successfully with our systems and team
Verify the client is fully onboarded and actively shipping before transitioning out of onboarding
Complete all onboarding documentation and finalize reports for internal review
Maintain active communication with the client post-onboarding.
Resolve service issues quickly and coordinate with internal teams when needed
Identify upsell, expansion, or retention opportunities within each account
Track performance metrics and report on account health regularly
Improve the client experience through feedback and process refinements
Required Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Strong computer literacy
Excellent written communication skills with clear grammar
Preferred Skills :
Education beyond high school, e.g., University coursework, community college, or technical training
Experience with Google Suite
Previous experience in sales
Creative problem solver
Able to maintain a schedule and create and implement plans for fulfillment
Detail-oriented eye
Able to handle stress and high-pressure situations well

Pay : $18 an hour plus quarterly bonuses
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
