A growing Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Probate Attorney with at least 4 years of experience to join its expanding West Palm Beach office. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney passionate about estate and trust administration to play a key role in a respected, forward-thinking firm focused on long-term growth and client service excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a diverse caseload of probate, trust administration, and related estate planning matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, accountings, and petitions for both formal and summary administrations.
• Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and families on estate and trust issues while ensuring compliance with Florida law.
• Oversee paralegals and support staff, mentor junior attorneys, and maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on practice development, client relations, and operational strategy.
