Position Description
A person who under the direction and supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse provides clerical support and assists in basic patient care functions in the Same Day Surgery setting.
Qualifications
Professional / Educational :
- At least 17 years of age.
- Current CNA certification through IDPH or currently licensed as EMT / Paramedic with previous PCT / CNA work experience.
- Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
