Shift : 12 Hours - Night Shifts

Job Schedule : Full time

Weekly Hours : 36.00

Salary Range : $26.00 - $36.00

Pay Info : $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!

Department Details

Work hours are from 6 PM to 6 AM , with a commitment to every other weekend and holiday.

Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will play a vital role in providing professional nursing care to residents of all ages in long-term care settings. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will :

  • Demonstrate your nursing expertise while addressing the physical and psychosocial needs of residents.
  • Perform assessments and administer medications or treatments as prescribed.
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
  • Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Provide counseling to residents and their families on prevention and treatment plans.
  • Engage in ongoing education to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess :

  • A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse; an Associate degree is preferred.
  • Experience in IV therapy / management, if applicable, as per North Dakota regulations.
  • A minimum of 400 hours of clinical experience or prior LPN experience at another facility.
  • An unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board, along with any necessary competencies and certifications.
