Job descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately during emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns, with working environments and conditions varying by site. Monitor for unusual activity or individuals and report observations to the appropriate personnel according to company protocols. Support access control measures by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as required. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or contractors to provide assistance and information relevant to security-related matters. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Officer - Tech Site Patrol - Full Time
As a Security Officer in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible throughout the site, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. By upholding our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, you will play a key role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere built on teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Mon 09 : 30 PM - 05 : 30 AM

Sun 09 : 30 PM - 05 : 30 AM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
