The Executive Director of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) will own the global enterprise TPRM program defines the enterprise risk management vison and ensures governance and accountability at all levels associated with the companys external partners suppliers and service providers. This role ensures that third-party engagements align with the companys ethical regulatory and operational standards supporting compliant resilient and high-performing external relationships across R&D manufacturing and commercial operations.
The Head of TPRM will develops and operate a globally consistent risk-based framework that enables proactive decision-making and regulatory confidence while maintaining business agility and innovation. This role will be responsible for the TPRM framework ensuring alignment with policies systems technology and regulatory requirements across all business areas. Leading a team of people across geographies the role will be responsible for day-to-day operations as well as the strategic approach to handling Third Party Risk.
This role reports to the VP Global Procurement Center of Excellence and will work closely with other leaders across Regeneron in associated subject areas including law finance and compliance and with colleagues within Global Procurement.
