Customer Service Specialist

Shift / Hours : Monday thru Friday - 8am-4pm

Compensation : $22-$25 / hr

Location : Randolph, NJ

Position Type : Temp to Hire

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Service Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support, offering detailed information about our innovative products and services, and resolving any issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's diverse range of products and services.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and product concerns, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Meticulously document all customer interactions and update records in our CRM system.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a deep knowledge base of evolving products and services.
  • Generate quotes and accurately process customer orders.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client support role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A consistently positive and professional demeanor, both on the phone and in writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
