We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. This part-time role is for a Respite Nursing Case , perfect for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and making a real difference in the lives of others.
What You'll Do :
- Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Clinical Case Manager
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient health status and progress
- Support patients and families with education and care guidance
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective treatment

- Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred (but not required)
